Responsibilities:
- Work within a team environment programming in MS Visual Basic 6, .NET, SQL Server and other MS tools.
- Assist in developing proprietary software, specify changes to tools, work with customer to fix issues implement and execute test plans ultimately resulting in deployment.
- Manage multiple projects and priorities and communicate your project status to management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related technical field. Master’s in Computer Science preferred.
- 5+ years experience with VB 6 and SQL Server.
- Experience with VB.NET a strong plus.
- Good understanding of relational databases.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Flexibility and adaptability to work through many issues and/or projects.
