Engineering Outsourced Program Manager

My client is the world leader in their industry for the last 40 years. The development of new products, through constant innovation, has resulted in an average annual growth rate of 20 percent since the company’s inception. They commit 10 percent of their annual sales revenue to research and development of new products. Their products are used through the United States and in more than 100 countries worldwide.
Responsibilities:
- BS/MS in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Systems Engineering.
- Minimum of 3+ years of hands on experience designing and developing electro-mechanical consumer based products.
- Minimum of 5+ years of outsourced engineering project management experience in product design and development.
- Demonstrated ability to work across multiple business lines and understand a broad business perspective.
- Multi-language/culture exposure is highly desirable.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
- 5+ years experience as an Electrical Engineer doing RF design.
- Analog and/or digital circuit design experience.
- Strong understanding of discrete circuitry and physics fundamentals. Power electronics experience is a plus.
- Enjoy working collaboratively while also thriving in a leadership position.
