Manufacturing Engineer

Job Description:
We have an immediate need for an experienced Manufacturing Engineer. In this key position you will work as part of our engineering team to develop automated assembly tools and processes to manufacture and deliver world class products. You will be part of a dynamic team to implement new assembly techniques and technologies, making improvements to new and existing products, equipment, and processes. Responsibilities
- Lead development of automated assembly tooling and processes for new product introductions
- Work as a member of the new product engineering team to determine performance expectations related to quality, cost, and timely delivery of new products
- Introduce new automated assembly production processes/equipment into manufacturing plants
- Work with manufacturing plants to meet quality and output goals
Qualifications:
- BS Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- Minimum 3 years of experience designing and developing automated assembly production tooling and processes
- Experience working successfully with multiple resources including electrical, mechanical and outside vendors
- Hands-on approach to work
- Excellent analytical skills
- Strong project management skills and capability to drive multiple projects
- Ability to work effectively with team members
